Swordbill completes a quick-fire hattrick at Chelmsford

The upwardly mobile young stayer Swordbill won for the third time in 8 days by winning again at Chelmsford under Liam Keniry.

Given a patient ride by Liam, he swung wide on the final bend to into a position to challenge and from a furlong down, the result was never in doubt.

He hung into the rail in the closing stages but it didn't halt his momentum as he went on to win by two lengths.
